The first interview is with one HR. This is followed by a second interview with 2 directors and the same HR. The second interview is more technical while the first is more for the HR to get to know and understand you better.

First step was a phone interview, this interview was pretty standard and similar to other interviews, however they help you along the way.
The second step was the face to face interview. This was quite relaxed. There was no real structure to it, which made me feel really comfortable and settled. It was more a getting to know you session, and to see how you would fit in with the team.
