Very long interview process. Went through at least 5 different interviews with Managers internal to the function and cross functional Managers who would be business partners. Also, had to meet with a psychologist for a 3-hour interview and problem solving written test. There were periods of time in the process where I didn't hear anything or know the status of my application for the job. Conservative with salary offer.
