Interview process was pleasant. A group of 2 people were in a room and asked general interview type questions. I believe that they had a few candidates they were interviewing. The initial Resume is important and everything goes through the HR department. They walked me around the plant and had me meet a few other people. This is a manufacturing site and we walked through the shop. The overall company is controlled by Danaher Corp, so they are doing 5S boards and doing the Gemba meetings in the morning. With the walk around, you could see evidence of this in the boards displayed. Things change, so make sure you are marrying McCrometer and Danaher Corp.
