Answered ad through recruiting agency. Phone screen and 3 references called and verified. In person interview with panel approx 6 people. seemed to go well, they said they will be in touch. Recruiter then called and Told they couldn’t make a decision between myself and another candidate. Been over 2 months now and no feedback from recruiter or company itself. Ridiculous, waste of time.
