In my experience it was a very informal process, looked for personality, but my guess is it would depend on location. Overall friendly environment and approach. Good experience for a first job.

I applied online and got a call for an interview a few hours later. The interview went swell, though I had much difficulty answering the questions, I was still given a gracious offer. I declined.
