The interview process was straightforward and informal. After submitting my application online, I was contacted by the store manager to schedule an in-person interview. The interview lasted about 15–20 minutes and focused mainly on my availability, customer service mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. I heard back within a few days.

Honestly, good servce but poor management, supervisor know nothing, all blaming on us, but colleagues are fair, nice working environments. Still like that place. Working loads are fair, normally 8 hours/day, but always suffered when facing hard deal customers.
The interview was quick, mainly asking about availability & any prior customer service or hospitality experience. They do review your resume but availability and the number of hours you can commit to is prioritised.
