The McDonald's I work for is a franchise, so there wasn't really an interview. She asked questions, but it wasn't really an interview, more like someone asking, "Who inspires you?" Nothing really has to do with skills or attributes, but more with personality.

What's better, fast service but getting the order wrong or slow service and getting the order right?
After applying through their system, in-person interview. It was very easy and casual. (2024, Dublin) Some questions about food safety and hospitality but it's also easy and simple questions. I did an interview in the dinning area, the second floor of the shop.

Honestly, good servce but poor management, supervisor know nothing, all blaming on us, but colleagues are fair, nice working environments. Still like that place. Working loads are fair, normally 8 hours/day, but always suffered when facing hard deal customers.
