We (the hiring manager and I) sat down at a table in the restaurant. She had a folder full of other one-page applicant information sheets and a laptop. We talked about my location and how many hours I could work.
You need your social security number and a picture of your driver's license and SSN card.

Why do you want to work at McDonald's? (usually for people who are young and desperate)
Very good, standard questions and very accommodating. They were easy to schedule with and found a time that suited my schedule. It was a very positive experience! This may have been the local management team, but I hope it is on an organizational level

Tell me about one thing someone frustrated you, and how did you react
After applying through their system, in-person interview. It was very easy and casual. (2024, Dublin) Some questions about food safety and hospitality but it's also easy and simple questions. I did an interview in the dinning area, the second floor of the shop.

A group interview with around 8 people where we were asked to just introduce ourselves and have a conversation with each other while the hiring manager was watching. They hired around half of us.
