Phone interview followed by an onsite 30 minute session with other candidates. The team interviewing involved the team manager as well as the onsite recruiter who sat in during the group session.
Following the group session, we were taken in for individual conversations with the team lead to discuss availability and potential start dates.

Practical test and psychological test. pretty tough.
Had to meet many employees and make sure we can satisfy patrons.
Tested on knowledge of my cooking and baking.
