There 2 process. 1- Examination basic customer service behavior 2- Final interview with the Restaurant manager by telling about your self and your experiences and commitment to the job. It was very easy because you can speak tagalog and express your self.

The interview was conducted on a Monday and it was required to be interviewed on site. The interviewer was nice and showed me the ropes on what to do. They even gave me a tour on the back kitchen and what to do

The manager was clear with his questions and was very friendly. We discussed commitment hours, benefits and leaves. As I'm a working student it's good to know that there's some flexibility I can have. Overall a smooth experience.
