McGhee generally sources consultants from referrals. Once a territory need is identified current consultants and employees are asked to search their networks for potential candidates. Those candidates then speak with the directors of Sales & Marketing and Training & Development. The CEO then interviews the finalists. All of the out-of-town interviewing is done over the telephone.
