I underwent five interviews for an individual contributor role which felt a bit excessive. I did appreciate being able to meet the team as part of the interview process. The panel interview with the team is what sold me on wanting to join the company and made interviewing with the leadership team a lot less intimidating.

Met number of executives. Manager spent 15 min. with me - rude, condescending, mean - told me I wasn't qualified. Really? You brought me in as a final candidate. The interview with the hiring manager was set for an hour, but I was told they would only be able to talk to 30 minutes. Once they arrived, it was only 15 minutes. The rest of the people I interviewed with were very nice and engaging. Asked great questions - that part was a fantastic experience.

From the C-Level Executive Statements (no questions were asked). "I think you're over qualified for this position and wouldn't fit into our culture." BTW - this was the first thing out of their mouth - not even Hello, nor had I even met them yet.
