Rigorous panel interview with many executives. Lasted about one hour. Prior to this you will go through several phone interviews followed by an in person interview with the hiring manager. If the hiring manager likes you you move on to the executive panel interview. While the hiring manager will make the final decision, this executive panel interview is highly weighted. If you do great with the hiring manager and they want you the panel can recommend otherwise.
