Applied early Nov, called for a phone interview mid Nov, face to face interview in Dec.
The phone interview was roughly 20-30 minutes or so. Questions were situational. For any gaps I would need to explain and give reasoning as to why I left each employer that is listed on my resume. I would say almost a week later I was invited for a face to face interview. That's when the research began. Company facts, CEO and etc. YouTubed interview techniques and practices to help myself. Not that it was my first, but it was important to me.
Once I arrived to be interviewed I was overwhelmed with excitement, pleased I would actually be working in my field and my emotions ruined the interview. In such a way I was more so embarrassed then happy toward the end. The position starting salary was 35K.
Moral of the story don't show your true interest with starting your career with the company, that may ruin your chances. To top it off; during my interview, I was told " you're one of the best candidates I've had all day" only to follow up with a denial email two business days after. Job seekers do not give up, it will all work out!
Behavioral Questions, STAR, More conversational. Tell me about a time when? Describe to me a time when? What was the situation? What did you do? How did you reslove it?

Initially, there was telephonic interview with a recruiter which lasted about 25 minutes. It was a shock when I questioned the recruiter "tell me what was it about my resume that peeked your interest" and she responded it was the keywords. I received a call about 10 days later to schedule an onsite interview. I arrived at the interview location and the individuals slated for the interview were not there, so they had to scramble to put together a team.
After concluding the interview, I was advised by one of the interviewers that she felt I would be bored because I was over qualified. I received yet another call 14 days later to interview with the Director and two others, who apologized for the lengthy process, but assured me I would be receiving a call about the job.
The call was received about 15 days later asking me to participate in yet another interview for a job I never expressed interest in. After this interview I have heard nothing. I emailed the recruiter and there has been no response to date.
I questioned what the interview process would be to each panel of interviewers and not one individual could answer my question specifically. The entire experience was extremely unorganized.
