Phone screening with HR, then two more phone interviews with finance and accounting department heads. Everyone was very nice and made me really excited about the job. After getting offer letter, have to complete a drug test and background check.

I received an offer for a phone interview with a recruiter. After emailing them right back I had to wait four days for a response. We agreed on April 27th at 2:30 pm. I called in at2:30 and waited for 20 minutes for someone to join in before I hung up. I emailed recruiter and never heard back.

Had interview last October (2009) but sensed I wasn't a good fit with the company culture. Very stiff environment. Was given the impression that the job would involve very long hours (8AM - 8PM routinely) without the pay to match. Also, job posting said that this position was a managerial position with at least one direct report, but that turned out not to be the case.
