Calls with the recruiter, hiring manager, director and one onsite. Everyone was very nice and it was a quick process. Onsite was with the hiring manager and director, they mostly asked a bunch of hypothetical questions

Given this scenario, how would you approach X
X being what they were hiring for and still a new and experimental division
Went through an initial screening and 2 rounds of interviews where my background was generally discussed and was said to fit what they were looking for. Did not have many technical questions asked. Was then completely ghosted - follow up email was ignored, no email indicating they were pursuing other candidates. Total waste of time.

First one Hr round it is a telephonic interview second one Technical round after that Final round is conducted by the hr. This is very simple interview process. If you have good knowledge in tableau you can do it.
