Completely and totally unprofessional. I have interviewed with McKesson in Irving, TX twice in the last two years and had a bad experience both times. More recently (mid-2019) I had an initial phone screen with HR that went well. They brought me on site and I had three interviews lined up with the person I would be replacing, as well as a couple of the co-workers I would be working with on a day to day basis. The interviews went well. I thought it was strange/unprofessional that no one from HR met me in the lobby before the itnerveiws, and no one helped me out when the interviews were competed.... there's the elevator have a nice day. Any way.... a couple of weeks went by and nothing. I sent an email the the HR recruiter and did not receive a response. I waited an additional week, called and left a message... total radio silence. I took a vacation day from my current position, went out of my way to adjust to their schedule and for the second time in two years they totally ghosted me after several rounds of interviews. I have seen positions at McKesson where I would be qualified and a good fit, but I have no desire to work for a company that treats it's interviewees so poorly.
