Very lengthy interview process, the bulk of which is handled by phone. Only after several phone interviews does one then interview face-to-face with the future supervisor at the future job location.
The interviewers were all very professional, accomodating, and patient.

What was the mmost difficult situation ever encountered as a customer service rep, and how did I resolve it?
Manageable, but not over the top. Similar to a pharma interview. I needed to close the hiring manager. There were 4 interviews in total and 1 field ride. The interview process took 3 weeks.

I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
It was an average interview. Same questions you would be asked for any similar position at another company. Hiring manager was friendly enough, but it seemed like they were somewhere else mentally.
