Application submitted online, and was followed by HR phone screen. After this, I was invited to interview by WebEx with manager/ program alumnus. The interview was mostly behavioral and fit focused, with some questions around the company and finance acumen.
8 week process: 2 phone screenings and 1 video screening; 3 back-to-back 1:1 interviews that occurred over a half-day. Relatively straight-forward, and heavy on behavioral. A few technical questions surrounding financial statements.
