I applied online after talking with a recruiter at a job fair. The first interview/prescreen over the phone was very basic. Why do you want to work at McKesson and what do you know about the company were the two main questions. The in person interview was scheduled for the next week. At that interview there were three people in the panel. The atmosphere was fairly relaxed. Attire was business professional all around.

Extensive screening video call, followed by video interview with person in similar role accompanied with HR Director, then followed by in-person interview with hiring manager and VP. VP made arrogant comment regarding education history and falsely stated 1 certification was not legitimate while in truth it was granted by a reputable organization. The unionized workforce did not greet the management team during the warehouse visit.

interview process was concise and straight forward and well planned. it consisted of a panel of three individuals asking typical interview questions. most questions were concerning prior work experience and expertise.
