I interviewed for the position in June and started the job in August. The job was with a Temp agency, which could lead to full time employment. The entire process was tedious, and I felt deceived in what the Recruiter told me and what the job experience has been. The Recruiter did not seem very knowledgeable in her job, which is what took me so long to get work.
Manageable, but not over the top. Similar to a pharma interview. I needed to close the hiring manager. There were 4 interviews in total and 1 field ride. The interview process took 3 weeks.

I applied with my resume for an interesting position with an attractive pay range. Gia, the AI assistant, helped schedule a Teams interview. The recruiter was clearly reading from a script with a checklist, and when I answered everything positively, I was told the top of the pay range was significantly less than what was advertised.
It was an average interview. Same questions you would be asked for any similar position at another company. Hiring manager was friendly enough, but it seemed like they were somewhere else mentally.
