Spoke with HR, who lied to me the entire time. Basically they wanted the candidate to do the job of an entire department. Then they have the nerve to post such a phony pay range. As if candidates aren’t tired of those dishonest tactics. The job has been around for a while, which means nobody is willing to settle for such low pay with such a demanding job.

Applied in oct 2025 and didnt hear back for 6 weeks. Had a quick hr interview, then a meeting with the hiring manager. From there it was 2 panel interviews and then 3 meetings with a VP, Director and someone else. Then I was told the role was put on hold. Overall McKesson doesnt tell you the travel requirements upfront. Happy I didnt get the role as travel is 50%.
Very chaotic. Interviewer kept messing up our phone time. She was unprofessional and ultimately salary was extremely low. The call lasted about 20 minutes and I told her I was not interested.

Interviewed last year for director-level role. Interview process was great - responsive, professional, and transparent. However, it turned out that the salary range they posted on their website was NOT the salary range for the job. It was significantly less. So that's not cool. Make sure you confirm salary range with a person before wasting a few hours interviewing.
