Interview process strange. The Sr. Talent Advisor who handled the process was completely unprofessional. This started as early as my screening call when this individual kept their camera off during our call, spoke to me for ~5 mins before requesting that I provide written responses to a series of questions that could have been easily covered live with the 45 scheduled minutes. The interviews with the actual team and hiring manager were better, nothing atypical about the handful of interviews and panel.
