Applied online and followed up with a phone interview. Interview with the Regional Sales Director went well, very high energy manager with nothing but great things to say about the company. Second interview was with the community manager in which I connected with right off the bat! They do a background check and a drug screen which is great!

I recall the interview process being relatively laid back. They seemed pretty desperate to hire anybody into these summer leasing consultant positions. There was an initial phone screening and then a one on one interview.

Answered a few questions over an email. After I responded, then I did a phone interview. After that I received an email from the manager to set up an in person interview. The interview was at the main office. It was inviting and simple, very easy to talk to.

I can't even get an interview. ..says automatic feedback. How does a computer know?
