Bad Experience. Fake company. First round is online React App project 3 hr I am shortlisted and called for an interview at office. Second round is basic round they just check your experience level. Third round is HR I qualify all rounds and on HR round HR discuss salary and policies and she keep on saying just go to your company today and discuss with manager and start your resignation process. But i said first give me offer letter then only I will start resignation process and discuss about notice period with manager. But she is saying again and again just start your resignation process I will send you offer letter with one - two days. I called her many times but she didn't pick up my call and after some days i received a mail that we are going with another candidates. This company is playing with the career of an employee . I faced a very bad experience
