People very incredibly friendly throughout and did a great job explaining what to expect from the interview beforehand. Phone interview consisted of behavioral questions (20 minutes) and a case (approx 40 minutes). Be prepared to talk about yourself and handle a challenging case.

The case dealt with an expansion strategy for a small firm in a market with which I wasn't familiar. The interviewer had plenty of information available and was helpful. Tip: when they ask you, "Do you have anything more to say?", you need to think of additional ideas.

3 step process. first was a screening then followed with around 7 case studies. the case studies ranged in varying industries and scope. this was done over a course of 2 months

Too long, too many rounds, too many people interviewing you and you need to follow up several times in order to get a response. They give you the materials to prepare which is good, but everything else is suboptimal

Das erste Interview war mit der HR. Klassische Fragen - Führ mich durch deinen Lebenslauf, warum Consulting, was motiviert dich etc. Das zweite Interview ging 3 Stunden. Nach einem kurzen Kennenlerenen, kamen zwei Case-Studys dran - eins auf Deutsch und eins auf Englisch.
