Applied through linked In. Received an email from a recruiter who maintained great communication throughout. The process was smooth and lasted over a period of 4 weeks. Had multiple levels of interviews none of which were too difficult and the interviewers seemed friendly.

I had an extremely poor experience with the recruiter - many last minutes rescheduling to have an unprepared conversation. They did not even read my resume till the end of the call. I decided to withdraw and continued pursuing opportunities where they respect candidates.
