I interviewed at McLaren Engineering in Woodcliff Lake, NJ in November 2023. Start to end was approximately three weeks. First interview was an HR screening. Second was a technical interview to review the preliminaries of the position. Third was on-site meeting with members of staff to review specific skill sets for position. Ghosted after low salary band was quoted and I countered with national average for this role. Very disappointing experience.
