Group interview with 12 candidates, started with some introductions and a group exercise. They conducted solo interviews, consisting of two 40 minute sessions of questions with some aerodynamicists. Some technical and some behavioural questions. We had a factory tour and a solo presentation, during which we had 20 minutes to come up with some aerodynamic ideas and present them to a group of principal engineers.
