Applied on line and I had a phone interview first. Selected for next step, an IQ test. Then a technical and another panel interview with a panel of 2 . Overall a nice experience, but I felt like I was interviewing for NASA. The IQ test consisted of about 50 questions or maybe more, math, grammar, geometry, equations, critical thinking etc. Then, the results were assessed by a specialized company who gave me a certificate of evaluation !
