Met with HR, second interview with DON, then a comprehensive background check and drug screening. Then offer was made by phone. I had applied in person, as I was a paramedic at the time and the DON was aware I was a nurse and asked me to apply. He had an idea of my work ethic because I went there as a medic to transport patients.
