First interview over the phone, second in person @ warehouse. Took place in Chicago. Everyone from the receptionist to the interviewers to HR was very nice and helpful. I was really impressed with everything.

The general management role involves working on business processes, projects, etc. I never heard back from the recruiter after the initial phone call.

A recruiter from McMaster-Carr contacted me and set up a phone interview. Even though I had sent my resume directly to the recruiter, she started the interview by asking whether I had sent my resume and then attempting to find it in her inbox. The disorganization was off-putting. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, with a resume walkthrough and some follow-up questions.
