The interview consisted of a 30 minute purely behavioral interview. I was asked what the last book I read was, what my favorite book was, and a time when I was faced with an ethical dilemma. Overall it was a very strange experience and I don't understand how the interview could have made my case for position, only hurt it if I messed up--which I did.

1) 30-minute phone call with recruiter, they review your resume and confirm your location preferences. 2) Super Day, you get flown into the warehouse, get a tour of the facility, go throw a project share, and have 2-3 behavioral interviews. They ask for detail about experiences covered in your resume. They give about $600 stipend for traveling to/from the airport, eating, etc. They also book your travel for you.
