A recruiter reached out to me after seeing my resume on a university career portal, and I followed up to schedule an informational call. 15 minutes into the call, it morphed into a phone interview going over my experience (which I expected from reading other reviews here) and about 30 minutes later, I was invited to interview onsite in Elmhurst. The onsite interview was 9am-2pm and consisted of 5 interviews (one was a walking tour of the warehouse and another was over lunch) of behavioral questions. I talked to people in various roles on the Systems team and all were friendly and honest about their experience at the company. All in all, was a really smooth, pleasant experience. I ultimately declined the offer because I was looking for a different sort of role, but if you find the role matches what you're looking for, the benefits and Systems team seem great.
