I applied online and received an email from a recruiter a few weeks later to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen lasted about 30 minutes and questions were all manageable, primarily centered on my resume and background. I could tell from the start that the recruiter was not really listening to anything I was saying, which was frustrating. Although likely out of their control, there were also audio difficulties. I got an email about a week later that they would not be moving forward with my application.

1) 30-minute phone call with recruiter, they review your resume and confirm your location preferences. 2) Super Day, you get flown into the warehouse, get a tour of the facility, go throw a project share, and have 2-3 behavioral interviews. They ask for detail about experiences covered in your resume. They give about $600 stipend for traveling to/from the airport, eating, etc. They also book your travel for you.
