La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso McMaster-Carr (Cleveland, OH) nel mese di mag 2021

      Colloquio

A recruiter reached out to me in LinkedIn for a phone screen that included an overview of the role as well as a few questions about how I chose my major, my college, and why I was leaving my current job. I got an invite for a final interview Tuesday of the following week that was scheduled a few weeks later. I got an offer from another company and was able to move up my final interview with McMaster, which I really appreciated. I had a 30 minute overview of the process/opportunity to ask questions a few days before. The final interview was a little over 3 hours and was 4 parts. First I met with an HR manager who gave another overview of the process and the position, next I got the virtual warehouse tour, third was a traditional interview with a regional manager, and last was another traditional interview with a director. Throughout the process I drove the discussion for the most part by asking questions that I had prepared and that I’d thought of throughout the morning. Each person asked me about 2-3 behavioral questions about past experiences. Be sure to have a detailed example for the questions but I don’t think anything was super challenging. The best parts of the discussion were getting to learn about the people, work/life balance, and rotational program.
