Interview process was very efficient and professional-simple resume walkthrough through a phone interview. They ask you to preference which location you would like to work at, and that specific site will select their own candidates. I was invited for a final interview, based partly on the fact that they liked that I could translate how my experiences related to aspects of the position. Had final round interview on-site, they pay the travel costs which was nice. I had a facility tour and a whole day interview with about 5-6 employees. Business Casual. The difficult part was trying not to repeat myself, when questions asked were very similar by different people. Fairly exhausting, but very professionally done. The actual interviews were behavioral, and ended up being very conversational.

Made it past phone call screening and had a one-on-one chat with a current manager before final round of interviews. Each round was 45 minutes to an hour long and questions were difficult. Have lots of examples ready. Have different answers ready for similar questions.
