First round - phone interview of 10-15 minutes after being contacted by a recruiter (did not submit resume, recruiter contacted me through school job board). Questions included why I chose to attend the college I do, how I chose my major, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, etc. Notified during phone interview that I would be moving on to in-office final round. Final Round- Had my final round in the Chicago office. Began with an hour-long warehouse and office tour, then interviews with senior management and lunch interview with a younger employee. Questions were about my personal experiences and career goals, but a lot of the conversations focused on why I should pick McMaster-Carr.

Made it past phone call screening and had a one-on-one chat with a current manager before final round of interviews. Each round was 45 minutes to an hour long and questions were difficult. Have lots of examples ready. Have different answers ready for similar questions.
