My interview was composed of three rounds: one written portion, one phone interview, and one in person interview at the Elmhurst office in Illinois. I received an offer after the third round, and the process took about 3 weeks.

A recruiter reached out to regarding a customer solutions role. During our brief discovery phone call, they recommended the Product Offering role and scheduled an in-office interview. The office is really nice and large but pretty basic. The warehouse is huge and really, really organized. They give you a brief tour before starting the interview. I interviewed with a direct manager and a trainee for about an hour. It was very conversational. They asked about background and my current role. They really emphasized and spoke of details and the quick pace of the company. Afterwards, I spoke with an HR rep for about an hour. They were more straightforward and wanted to understand how I dealt with adversity or handled issues. They also answered any remaining questions regarding HR, benefits, etc. 2 days later, they sent a qualtrics assessment via email. Had to mock a couple emails to customers and find a couple specific items on their website. 20 minutes to do so.
