Met the recruiter; very nice lady. Explained the job requirements and expectations. I met with several employees who talked about the day-to-day work. Employees were mostly new college grads who sat at desks all day reading classified materiel, and making recommendations to declassify or not. Met with the supervisor who was a total jerk. I told him what my job and salary requirements were and he told me they were too high. He wanted me to commute to Maryland, when I specifically asked for a local commute.
