HR will call for inter view and then there will be a consultant she will take the inter view as management is not professional and want to hide their image. they will show wrong picture most of the people are confused that it is Mahindra group which is wrong.

They dont ask any difficult questions as they have the highest attrition 70-80% leave in one month or go absconding coz of behaviour and unethical ways of handling employees ?
