Interview was very informal. Talked to the scheduler, unit nurse manager and DON about my personal life more than my qualifications for the job.

DON asked multiple times if I was SURE I knew what the job entailed - I believe she was judging me based on appearance as aide work is often times less than glamorous and I am slight of build. But have been working there for a few years now and have had no issues. Just seemed odd.
