Colloquio

Domanda 1
Solite domande banali sulle esperienze precedenti.
One long webform, followed by an even longer recorded pre-interview made of self-recorded videos and written answers (10 questions in total). You have to complete this pre-interview in 40 minutes or so within 3 days from application, and the whole processes is closely monitored by having your camera on the whole time as the software snaps pictures of you to monitor you're not cheating. Written answers have a 1-2 minute time limit so you need to think on your feet, which might mean you will just submit low quality responses.
I find this process extremely problematic and borderline discriminatory as it actively punishes introverts and neurodivergent people, or someone who prefers to actually reflect on questions before blurting out an answer. It was an extremely stressful situation through and through, that is by no means reflection of how someone might perform on the actual job. My hunch is that the team who came up with this hiring process would be insufferable to work with. Based on this process I also have a feeling the company culture itself might be quite toxic, as this actively discourages a specific type of candidate from even completing the application
Cherry on top - I was ghosted, no one ever got back to me after spending like 3 hours of my time to prep for this. Do better

What is your manager name, and their role? What would they say you need to improve at?
What would you do if you have a feeling someone might be working less than they should (but you have no data to prove this)? (something along these lines)
