The interview process was straightforward. I did 3 interviews. There were times where the interview had to be rescheduled but I was always notified in a timely manner. You can tell throughout the interview process that the personnel conducting the interviews were looking for people who possessed a proper culture fit and not just the skills needed to do the job.
