Easy and friendly interview process, very few questions and a short overview about the work process. The manager was very friendly and professional. They do an in-house interview after a phone screen. HR is located in Illinois.

I had a positive initial screening experience with the recruiter via Teams video — the conversation was productive, and I left the call feeling optimistic about next steps. I was told I would hear back regarding the outcome of the conversation, but unfortunately, I never received a follow-up. I even sent a polite follow-up email to check in, but never got a response. While I understand that hiring processes can shift or stall, clear communication — even a quick status update — goes a long way. I was disappointed by the lack of follow-through after an otherwise promising start.
