      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso MedVet (Wylie, TX) nel mese di lug 2018

      Colloquio

      Applied online, recruiter called and we spoke for about 45 minutes. I seemed to have all the experience and credentials required. Was told they would get back with me by the middle of next week. The recruiter even reiterated the call would occur by the middle of next week. On Friday of the next week I hadn’t heard back so I emailed the recruiter, was told the hiring director hadn’t looked at anything yet and was taking the wkend to review and I would hear back by the middle of the following week. Well the next Friday, had not heard back so I emailed again. Recruiter emailed back that my background and experience were no longer relevant to the position. What??? Seems like a very disorganized company. Also do businesses not realize that how you treat applicants can affect future applicants and your businesses top and bottom line?
