      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 6 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso MedVet (San Jose, CA) nel mese di feb 2021

      Colloquio

      1. I received an email from the recruiter the next day to schedule an interview. 2. The recruiter asked sort questions about my background and experience was a casual and pleasant conversation. 3. Next round was with the HR Manager and there I was asked specific behavioral questions and it went well. 4. Next I was passed to a VP in a clinical department and that interview was casual , we seemed to click. 5. I was asked to take 3 - yes 3 assessments, 2 were Hogans, and Ravens. 6. I was supposed to speak with the Business Devolpment VP but something came up and I ended up speaking with the Director on a Friday. She was snarky and rude. I literally could tell she had some sort of bias within 4 minutes of the zoom call. At the end of the meeting she told me "Yeah, I'm not really sure where we are in the hiring process. Someone will reach out" I knew at that point I didn't get the job. The next Monday the recruiter (who was very professional throughout) called me to tell me they were passing on me. I initially thought it was odd to have so many interviews for a company that was paying below market, but was interested in the position and frankly connected with everyone up to the HR Director.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

Standard Interview question- however, one common question they all had was how I would respond to upper management pushing back. I was told that many of the Vets would not want to adjust to the new company culture and there may be resistance. Not getting the job was most likely a blessing in disguise.
