You get a script that you have to say and do a mock call. Very relaxed interview so staying calm and confident is key. Research about health insurances and the different types will help. Also learning about the Medicaid and Medicare insurances as well.

Ok interview but could’ve been better they also make you read a script and mock calls within someone in the company then if they want to hire you they will call you
I applied through indeed. Call back for interview took like about a week scheduled interview had to take a personality test and drug test. Called in for a second interview and got hired. They say its to schedule appointments but really its a telemarketing job. Its like doing auto warranties but in he healthcare industry
