Phone screen with recruiter for 20 mins - then onsite interview - first round Hiring Manager. Few days later onsite interview. Interviewed with 3 people & was rushed out & told "we have enough information on you to make decision & will get back " .
No communication till day.

Iinterview questions were mostly around the issues/problems they are facing having and would like the person coming into this position to solve.
- Hiring/retaining issues.
- infrastructure compute hitting hardware limits issues.
- setup NOC
