Muy buena gente, todo muy cordial, muchas entrevistas con distintas personas de varios paises, generales y tecnicas en español y en inglés, la entrevista técnica muy bien encarada, el proceso es muy largo y tenes poco feedback de que te falta, hay poca coordinación entre las areas y muchas veces arrancas como de cero en las entrevistas

Applied and heard back from recruiter within a few weeks. Initial conversation with recruiter was very brief. He informed me he already shared my resume with the hiring manager and they were interested in meeting with me but they just needed to review if the compensation was ok, which is was very generous- no review of the role or my qualifications with the recruiter. He then said he would send over benefit information to ensure it was in line with what I was expecting and then if it was, to reply back with my availability to Interview later that week. I responded within an hour and never heard back. I followed up twice by email and called once over the course of a week and half just wanting an update on the process since they reached out to me on a Monday and wanted me to interview by that Friday. I still haven’t heard anything from the recruiter, but received an NDA two weeks after speaking to him, in order to interview, with no context and no other communication from the company and still no scheduled interviews.
A recruiter is the first interaction with your company and if they’re dropping the ball this poorly, you’re going to lose out on a lot of great talent. I’m disappointed in my experience because I was extremely interested in the role.

A case of disappearing recruiter after telling me (over an email) he's keen to have discussion on my profile and asking for my availability for a call. So why bother to ask in the first place.
I would have thought a company with 3.7 Glassdoor rating would do better (as there are many recruiters pratice this disappearing act), but apparently not the case.
